Terms of Service
Last updated: July 24, 2026. These terms govern access to FaceGPT, including the website, mobile app, referral links, subscriptions, and related services.
Use of the Service
- You must use FaceGPT lawfully and only for purposes where you have the required rights and permissions.
- You may not use the service to harass, stalk, discriminate, impersonate, or otherwise harm people.
- You are responsible for the images, URLs, and other content you submit.
Accounts and Payments
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
- Website guest credits are one introductory allowance per eligible network. Clearing cookies, switching browsers, or creating duplicate accounts does not create a new allowance.
- Paid features, credits, trials, renewals, and cancellations are handled through the applicable app store or payment provider.
- Prices, limits, and plan features may change, but changes will not reduce already purchased entitlements during the paid period unless required by law or platform policy.
Referral Links
- Referral rewards may require successful account creation, app install, or other validation steps.
- We may reject referral credit for fraud, abuse, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or technical manipulation.
Accuracy and Availability
- Search and matching results may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable.
- FaceGPT is provided on an as-available basis and should not be the sole basis for high-impact decisions.
Limitations
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceGPT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risks, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
