How do deep search credits work?
Deep Search draws from its own credit pool, separate from normal searches. Paid plans include a monthly allowance, and packs you buy on top never expire.
Why are some matches blurred?
Matches below a confident similarity score are blurred to cut down on false positives. Run a Deep Search on a result to get a closer, higher-confidence look.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Head to Billing in your dashboard. Cancelling moves you back to the Free plan immediately and keeps your account and history intact.
How do I delete my data?
A single action in your account settings removes your profile along with subscriptions, credit history, uploads and referral data.
